Why did I not receive my email invitation?

Please check your email spam folder for the invitation from support@trainer-rx.com. If your email went to spam, please let us know so we can prevent this for future users.

It could also be the case that your healthcare provider doesn’t have or didn’t enter the correct email address for you. Please check with your provider to ensure that they have entered the correct contact information for you in the Trainer Rx system.

What do I do if the system tells me that my email or password is incorrect?

Please use the password reset link on the sign in page. This will allow you to securely reset your password.

The Trainer Rx support team does not have access to your password. It is one-way encrypted in our database for your security and protection. Using the password reset link will allow you to securely reset your password.

Why do my videos load or play slowly?

Slow loading or playback of Trainer Rx videos is usually related to some bandwidth issue with your internet connection. Please check your network connection speed and let us know if you are still having problems.

How is my Recovery Performance determined?

Recovery Performance is calculated by using the time that you committed to working out and the days you wanted reminders. This statistic is a measure of how well you are performing against the time commitment you have made to your recovery.

You can change the days and time you are committing to your recovery through the Pathway Settings item in your application menu.
